I just started seeing this seems like recently with a 2.6.10 kernel
after APM suspends. I can get things back often by stopping and
starting pcmcia but I don't recall this being an issue on earlier
kernels.
Anybody seen behavior like this on 2.6.10 with apm services?

It seems like there's an IRQ conflict, most likely involving your USB
since the error is given while initialising the USB modules, so you
might want to check that out in your BIOS (if possible) and correct it
if possible. If that's not possible, or if it doesn't work, the
immidiate solution would b

Hello,
My only MMC vs. SD experience was, that I couldn't read an SD card through
my cheap, usb-connected memory card reader.
Did you try to access it as "USB mass storage" device?
I do not have such a reader so I cannot confirm it, but some people said
it worked for them.
I sold it, bought an M
