I've also been considering it. Looks
I'm considering purchasing a VAIO T150 laptop. However, I've been
unable to find any information on Linux compatibility for the series.
Is there anyone on this list who has one and has a moment to summarize

It could be a question of cpufreq-regulations not working or not being
enabled. See if your CPU frequency alters (`cat /proc/cpuinfo'), when you run
the command: `cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_min_freq

(or something like
any success story about tv-out and 855gm?
I've tried myself on a PAL tv and got black & white output on tv with a
very low resolution. I guess there should be some way to tell the driver
which PAL standard to use and some specific section about tv display.
some hints?
bye

I loaded the ACPI modules, but there are no entries under /proc/acpi/fan and
