acpi + acer aspire 1300xc

I have a laptop (acer aspire 1300xc) with amd athlon XP, when i unplug the ac adapter and then plug it again, the temperature goes up. Running the following command seems to help (athcool do this): maty:~#./sbin/setpci -v -H1 -s 0:0.0 52=$(printf %x $((0x$(setpci -H1 -s 0:0.0 52) | 0x80))) maty:~
