OK, super — 4.13 is out, and I think these patches made it in:

Yep, this look like it, and Ming Lei is putting out a version 2 as we speak
(per his last message; the messages are from Aug 31 and Sept 1)
I will keep track (hopefully….) of stuff that makes it into 4.13-rc8 or 4.13
itself, and install it when it makes it into, either experimental or sid.
