I search the net and find that the missing firmware may can be found
the git version of the firmware-linux. I have found the bin file for
the tg3 card but nothing for the qlogic

Also is your network/wire-less card working fine in spite of those message?
I think my Fujitsu laptop uses the same hardware and I remember seeing those
messages (regarding tg3) on my lap

firmware-linux and other firmware packages. I search for the
tg3_tso5.bin tg3_tso.bin tg3.bin ql8100_fw.bin file on tha
packages.debian.org in all dist(stable,unstable,experimental) but
nothing. I search for it
