I have an action from this meeting to look at enabling CONFIG_DRM_XE.
As of Linux 6.11-rc5 this is still described as "experimental" in the
Kconfig help text, and the driver only binds to device IDs listed in
the force_probe module parameter.
I conclude that it is not yet sensible to enable it.
