Hi,
I had the same problem n some Dell R720. The problem exists only with the
10GBase ethernet-interfaces. With GBIC-interfaces and some transceiver the
wheezy kernel works.
But you can use the kernel from wheezy backports, whichdoes not have this
problem with this hardware.
