The exact same problem arises with version 2.6.18-6 of the linux-2.6 package.
The problem is really easy to reproduce: Just use the kernel in a XEN
environment, pass-through some PCI devices (here: NICs and USB Controller)
and put a bit of load onto them.

I am also experiencing a problem with PCI passthrough, though I'm unsure
