This kernel bug is now fixed, since binutils will now
support hppa64 binaries as well. See bz #1059674

On powerpc for example, binutils is configured with:
--enable-targets=powerpc64-linux-gnu
Thus, we should just do this on hppa as well and close

Kernel FTBFS on hppa.
Problem is, that on hppa the 32-bit strip and 32-bit objdump binaries can't
process
hppa 64-bit objects. Log shows, e.g.:
