Same problem here. We upgraded our SAS card firmware to the latest, but it did
not help.
Kernel 5.10.0-18 is still working fine.
We are also using Xen Virtualization.

same problem here with linux-image-5.10.0-19-amd64 version 5.10.149-2.
Went back to kernel linux-image-5.10.0-17-amd64 ver. 5.10.136-1, which
still works fine.
