Hallo Ben,
I managed to build an identical machine, which worked without
any fault.
So I tested the memories again for one week, and indeed they
were faulty, though they faulted extremely seldom.
Please close the bug and excuse me for the noise

the normal booting process brings to an unusable system with frequent
3-4 second periods in which the system is unresponsive.
The boot option pci=noacpi completely solves the problem.
The system is a laptop dell latitude d810
