This problem didn't occur with previous kernels. It persists
almost ready to be merged to the master branch (and consequently to
the Linux kernel) but there are still some issues to be worked out.
I don't think the X driver can handle this better, so I'm reassigning to
the kernel.

This will allow enabling the front LED for the various triggers via sysfs. Just
don't enable CONFIG_ADB_PMU_LED_IDE if you don't want the LED to monitor HD
activity by default
