can you please enable CONFIG_ITCO_VENDOR_SUPPORT in kernels? It adds
support for some specific hardware which requires extra initialisation
to TCO watchdog.

boot logs of both 2.6.23 and 2.6.24 and it looks like
2.6.24 has found much more IO ranges which it is trying to reserve.
