?Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any information about plans for releasing patches for the
Intel vulnerability issues for Debian Jessie and/or Stretch? Any information
would be really appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Ben,
Would you please share your thoughts on the possibility of back-porting support
for CGROUPS_BPF and related code from kernel 4.10 to kernel 4.9 for Debian
Stretch?
Thanks,
Joe

???Hi,
The current version Debian 9 (Stretch) runs with Kernel 4.9. Are there any
plans to move to kernel 4.10 or higher in the near future? Is there a roadmap
for the kernel versions in Debian you could share please?
Thanks,
Joe
Hi Ben,
We think the changes necessary to support the Denverton CPU are mostly in
kernel 4.9 already (Intel can confirm). It appears to be more a configuration
issue.
The Intel team is currently working on getting the list of those kernel config
differences.
Thanks,
Joe
