Ehm... I forgot to specify that my main PC, where pairing doesn't work at
all, has Debian Stable Bullseye with Gnome and with latest kernel from
backport (5.14.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.14.9-2~bpo11+1).

I'm not so sure if this bug is firmware dependent.
I've two different PCs, in the same chamber, with the same BT adapter (with
intel AX200), and very very close to an LG micro stereo.
The older PC has, in two different partitions, Siduction (a Debian Sid
derivative with KDE) and Debi
Package: linux-2.6
Version: 2.6.38-3
Severity: important
New kernel v. 2.6.38-3 fails to install. I have not rebooted my pc!
Here are the errors on the terminal:
