Hi,
would it be possible to have linux-nonfree backported to bookworm? I'd
be happy to help, if needed.
The firmware in bookworm is not recent enough for some of the AMD GPUs
launched in mid-2023. But I'm sure that there is other hardware that
would also benefit from a more recent backport.

Hi Diederik,
Revisiting this thread, I saw that MR 85 has been merged. Thank you
Diederik for your work on this, and Ben for the review.

FYI, a contributor has submitted a patch to the kernel Bugzilla [1] and
it indeed fixed the issue for the packages where I was seeing this.
Let's hope it gets recognized and accepted soon.
Best,
Christian

turbostat no longer works with at least some Zen-based systems, it exits
early with code 243.
A trivial fix has been proposed that reportedly works at least for Zen 2
and 3.
I myself have successfully tested it with Zen 2.

would it be possible to include the dts for the Olimex

device is almost identical to the already existing A10-OLinuXino-LIME;
they only differ in the processor.

Hi,
I updated the packaging for src:zd1211-firmware (including renaming the
binary package to firmware-zd1211 for consistency), and I'm looking for
a sponsor. Since this is vaguely kernel-related I'd thought I'd ask here
first before filing a general RFS.
If anyone is interested, the source packa
