Hi,
I would like to getting involve in Debian, by asking for some new Kconfig
features.
I've seen that they are requested via BTS and then a MR is done at salsa [1].
My question is:
What is the correct way to do it?
1. Could I fill out a BTS and create the MR?
or
2. Just fill out the BTS.

Please consider setting CONFIG_INTEL_HFI_THERMAL=y for amd64 kernels going
forward, to enable Intel's Hardware Feedback Interface.
