case] in systemd's graphical target
Systemd creates the getty.slice and starts the getty@service for tty2 - tty4

With the upgrade to Linux 5.18.14-1, the kernel continues to disconnect &
reconnect my USB drive Sandisk Extreme SSD within a few seconds.
This behaviour makes using the drive impossible.
