I can confirm this bug can be fixed by reverting this "drm/amdgpu/gfx10:
enlarge CP_MEC_DOORBELL_RANGE_UPPER to cover full doorbell." commit

I downloaded Debian 5.10 kernel, fixed one line in
drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/gfx_v10_0.c file, compiled kernel
