nfs-server is not affected (works with both 5.9 and 5.10 kernels)

This looks to be fixed in '5.10.38-1', at least on the single Wandboard
Quad (rev C1) I tested, networking works at boot. I'll update the kernel
on the boards that are CI workers and report back in a couple days if
the network is stable.

The U3500 results with the liquorix kernel are unexpected.
I thought that performance events would be completely disabled, but
that's not the case. I'll try to figure out why it doesn't crash.
