sticking with 5.10? If sticking with 5.10 can the bluetooth drivers be
patched to include Intel Typhoon Peak?

Since Linux 5.6, CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_HDCP is available which allows to use HDCP 2.2 with i915 graphics.
