Greetings.
I have just run into an interesting problem after upgrading to an i7-9800X
from an i7-7800X. With the current 5.7.0-1 kernel & the 5.6.0-2 (current
Sid), the system will not fully load GDM (no mouse or keyboard).
Furthermore, the time at the GDM login screen is not displayed correctly.
Done some more digging.
I can boot my macos vm using QXL instead of a passthrough GPU, even if i
passthrough the USB device (not pci controller). So its definitely only
passing through PCI devices like graphics cards that breaks things.
So this works in qemu terms:
-usb -device usb-host,
Thanks for your +1 there Michael! Do you know if there's a way to get
that merged? I'd like to follow the proper process and fix that on
Debian before Ubuntu.
Also, just for my knowledge for future submissions: is it better to
send a patch via email, as an attachment in a bug report message, than

I recently installed Debian on this tablet and I noticed it doesn't provide any
battery information although the matching modules (axp*) are loaded.
The directory /sys/class/power_supply is empty, but the device is accessible
via /
The second log is generated with cat /var/log/syslog | grep ath9k.

I will forward two more detailed logs of the problem.
