Is there a reason why it's not included? I can make a patch and try it...

Control: tag -1 wontfix
Sorry, but we probably can't fix this. This was documented in the
changelog for 5.2.7-1.

I failed to update wireless-regdb for some time, as it needed some
significant work to prepare for the regulatory database being directly
loaded by the kernel (instead of by crda).
Hi Ben,
On my side, as DM, I would like to maintain more packages in Debian so I
can continue to improve my skills on this topic.
I am currently maintaining raspi-firmware, but that's a binary blob and a
package in non-free, even if I am happy with it, non-free
is not the most interesting place to

Dear Maintainer,
I tried updating from linux-image-4.19.0-5-marvell to
linux-image-5.4.0-3-marvell.
During installation, the update fails with the following message:

Bug #926794 [src:linux] linux-image-4.19.0.0-bpo.4-amd64: Please enable
FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_DEFERRED_TAKEOVER in kernel config
Unable to merge bugs because:
package of #950
I've finally updated wireless-regdb this week, and it now provides the
kernel-loadable regulatory.db file. However, with the certificate
embedded in the kernel, it's even less practical for anyone to NMU
wireless-regdb if necessary.
I don't want to be the single point of failure for this package.
Package: linux-signed-amd64
Version: 5.4.13+1
Severity: wishlist
Please consider setting CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_DEFERRED_TAKEOVER=y
to allow for "flicker free" booting (when combined with appropriate
bootloader & plymouth configs).
