Sortly after starting the system and X Window the kernel reports a DMA
error (two messages at 70.5s) and USB mouse stops working despite its
light being turned on. Booting into 4.19.37-6 kernel on the same system
solves the problem.

Dear Maintainer,
with the 32bit kernel I do not have a serial console on my RPi 3B+.
The serial console works fine with the 64bit kernel.
Please, add the missing configuration items to enable the console:
SERIAL_8250_EXTENDED=y
SERIAL_8250_S

I've controlled it and seem i've installed it already
I have this firmware running on buster, just install the headers.
That worked for me.
Here I did not install the firmware ralink. No was need.
