Same problem here since march using the kernel 4.19.16-1: do_IRQ: 0.37
No irq handler for vector flooded the terminals making the system
unusable.

the maintainers to help.
Maybe you could install the package systemd-coredump.
In the output of 'journalctl --no-pager' should then
the segfaults appear too, followed by a backtrace
that you could forward to this bug.
