i switched to a static ip for other reasons, now the only time i see this

I don't know which version exactly fixed this bug, but I cannot reproduce it.
Hi folks,
what is the story behind linux_4.9.47-1.dsc that popped up
in p-u on the ftp server more than 2 weeks ago? Looking at
its changelog there are tons of interesting fixes inside.
Should I upgrade? Or has it been obsoleted by 4.9.{48..52}
in the meantime?
