Hi, I had the same problem with lost interrupts spam after an update from linux-4.0.5 to 4.5.2 (both locally built). In my case, there was "irqpoll" specified at the kernel command line (perhaps a leftover from some tests). After removing it, the hpet spam vanished, too. Regards, Dietz
