Package: linux Version: 3.16.7-ckt11 we need cgroup args named cfs_quota_us and cfs_period_us in our application. this args need kernel config named CONFIG_CFS_BANDWIDTH,but in 3.16.7-ckt11, CONFIG_CFS_BANDWIDTH is not set. pls update a kernel version for jessie with CONFIG_CFS_BANDWIDTH function

Hi, I want to confirm that putting return 2000 * 2000 * 120; into the which_bandwidth function make guvcview to work. I just recompile the module gspca (2.14.0) on kernel 3.16. My webcam (0ac8:c002) is also using gspca_main and gspca_vc032x modules. Please let me know if I can make more test.
