The README.Debian.nfsv4 file is now rather old; is NFSv4 really still
considered experimental?
Parts of this file may be worth keeping (I’m not an expert!), but at least

Indeed: the problem disappeared when I purged ipsec-tools and racoon.
The problem is back when I reinstall ipsec-tools.

At Debconf I offered to help out with initramfs-tools.
Despite subscribing to the pts, I have done nothing substantial about
this. I am finding that, unfortunately, my feelings about this area
are not conducive to a positive and optimistic engagement.[1]

Dear Maintainer,
Recently I installed Debian testing (stretch) AMD64 in a Samsung R720H.
This laptop comes with a RTL8192E/RTL8192SE Wireless LAN Controller. As
described at:
https://wiki.debian.org/rtl819x#r8
Sorry, that should have been package linux-source-3.16
(with a dash, not underscore). Maybe I could have re-assigned
this but; but do not really know how to, so instead now submitted
new one.
Please close this errant bug report.
Thanks, Paul
