Running Gnome 3.16.2, plugging my (lid closed) Lenovo T450s into its dock which
has a DisplayPort connection to a Dell monitor (2560x1440), the monitor is
autodetected and set as primary monitor, with the built-in screen app

Quick ping here. I haven't seen any report of this issue upstream either, but
since it's a pretty hard issue to track down from its symptoms alone it may
affect a few other people as well.

On thinkpad A30 radeon fails to detect lcd native resolution (and falls back to
