I downloaded the Debian's kernel with "apt-get source linux", using
testing target, replace 3.13 by 3.13.1 and brasilians' banks sites
worked fine now.
Can you back to put 3 dotted components in kernel version, please?

Yesterday I triggered the same issue on another machine. Same steps to
reproduce: loopback mounting, rsync'ing. This time I had 3 images mounted
