Hi. Using Debian Wheezy/Testing, kernel 3.2.15-1 on a HP PowerBook 4515s laptop here. I noticed that /var/log/syslog is getting spammed with messages like in the attached syslog-laptop-mode_spam.log file. Also, at the same time, "upower --monitor" shows the messages from upower-monitor.log.

I don't know if we also need this for e.g. armhf or other platforms? I suspect yes. PPC puts these files in /usr/lib/linux-image-$(REAL_VERSION). I guess some tool combines them with the kernel and installs into /boot as necessary. So I suppose ARM ought to do the same and flash-kernel should tak
