Now i try boot in squeeze with similar boot options "init=/bin/sh"
And loaded usb modules manualy. There is no reaction too (udevadm monitor).
So, like a summary,
Kernels in wheezy and in squeeze works identicaly in initramfs stage.

somewhen during the last three weeks, this error went away on my system. I am
however not sure whether this is due to some configuration change, or whether
the bug was fixed.
Did anyone else experience this problem and saw it go away recently?
