So while this was presented as a draft for Linux kernels, it touches
interfaces shared with other kernels, so I think it would be nice to
try to get it to be kernel agnostic, CCing debian-bsd@ and debian-hurd@

So it has been really caused by xserver-xorg-video-radeon. I have downgraded
from 6.13.0-2 to previous 6.12.6-1 and freezing gone :)

The issue was solved, after running "update-grub", the initrd line was
missing inside grub.cfg. Boots properly now.

After complete reinstall of the system it turns out that the problem is
link with uswsusp. Without it plymouth don't hang anymore while resuming
(althrougt there isn't any plymouth while resuming anymore)
