The workaround for this bug is to add the following lines to
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist:
blacklist agpgart
blacklist intel-agp
With that in place, the system boots and operates perfectly, without
needing any of the other kernel parameters.
Note: I did test with agp=off, and that

what happened with this bug? I'd be willing to provide additional
