I just made some changes to arm/iop32x in 2.6.23 SVN that apparently
changed the ABI, but after I reverted my changes I still see ABI changes.
I guess this was caused by a stable update. Are we going to back these
changes out, or change the ABI?

I too would strongly suggest to add a conflict against firmware-rt{6,7}1. The
fact that they may not have been uploaded to testing, is not a reason to
disregard this problem.

it builds with 4.2 and disabled ocfs2.
checked on paer, but as i didn't boot the corresponding image

The problems also occurs with gcc-4.2. One solution is to build this
file with -O1.
