I am still experiencing this bug on Dell Vostro 1500. The --directisa
fix does
not work, but blacklisting the rtc kernel module does allow hwclock to
start without
problems.

I usually compile my kernel with make-kpkg and install modules with m-a.
with my older 2.6.22.6 kernel installation the module isn't rmmodable when
ipw3945d is started.
but now with my latest 2.6.23.1, the reference count is still 0 wh
