It's NOT working now with 2.6.19. Perhaps something more is affecting cpufreq.
I will try to isolate the cause after my exams.

One more thing!
The crash appear for me "sometimes" during the first DomU creation.
But now (why, I do not know), when I start the first DomU, it is ok.
This is when I start the second DomU that I normaly have the crash.
At start, I was thinking of and RAM issue. So I've put "dom0_mem=256M"
