Hey!
I have a NSLU2 and installed Debian on it through the normal
Debianinstaller (etch).
Now I wanted to install the loop-aes-2.6.15-1-nslu2 but i can't load the
aes-loop-module because of the nslu2-kernel seems to have the normal
loop-module compiled in.
# cat /boot/config-2.6.15-1-nslu2 |

Package: kernel-image-2.6

Justification: renders package unusable
When the configuration creates the initrd.img file it seems to copy the
/dev/null to the cramfs file. But if the system contains a wrong

Let me read it again :
Package: linux-image-2.6.16-2-686
Version: 2.6.16-13bpo1

I have linux-image-2.6-686 installed, so that I automatically get new
versions of 2.6.16 (in fact this is a sarge system with backports from
backports.org, but that probably does not matter at all).
I'm also routinely ru

This is probably a BIOS bug. What's happening is that the BIOS is
reporting that a particular interrupt routing is in place, when it
actually isn't.
As PCI interrupts are level rather than edge triggered, if the device
interrupting doesn't get serviced, the interrupt will happen again next

My machine has a PATA Optorite DVD/CDROM RW optical drive and a SATA
