Hi,
Sorry, but it does not look like we can do much about this bug. It's an
upstream problem, has been reported in bugzilla.kernel.org as bug #4773
(possibly #5507 and #6138 are related as well). The d

No. It's a mid-tower.
The first impression is that it is some kind of ACPI problem. Could

I'll give these a try ASAP.

Hi Marc,
I think that nfs strategy to retry forever is a documented feature, not a
bug. You can override the behaviour by doing a 'soft' mount. If you believe

Hi Marc,
Is this problem happening with Debian kernels only, or you experience it
with the upstream ("vanilla") kernels too? If the problem is not
Debian-specific, I don't see much sense in having that bug open in
Debian BTS, since gvpe is not packaged for Debian.
Best regards,

Hi guys,
As the kernels against which this bug has been reported are not in the
archive any more, we would appreciate if you could provide the updated
information, testing whether the bug still exist in the latest kernels.
Otherwise I'll close the bug a week from now (Sunday, April 2nd, 2006).
Hi Ingo,
You have filed the bug against kernel 2.6.9 in Debian a while ago,
suggesting that there can be a memory leak, affecting MySQL. Last message
to this bug was posted over half a year ago, and the kernels against
which the bug was filed are now gone from the Debian archive. We are sorry

Hi,
Is it USB keyboard/mouse? Could you please post the output of lsmod

I'm fairly certain that something is wrong with your local
configuration, rather than with the kernel, otherwise we would already be
knee-deep in bug reports :-)
Hi Blars,
I believe that all the problems you encountered have been addressed. Could
you please retest and close report if that's the case?
