Package: kernel-image-2.6.8-powerpc Version: 2.6.8-9 If I have headphones plugged in when I boot my iBook2, I hear the chime at the beginning of the boot, but the audio does not work thereafter. Once I remove them, audio comes from the speakers. Once I plug them back in, audio comes from them.
