Yes, it was removed when the filesystem was rewritten to not eat data
for breakfast.

I think I've just discovered a major difference between the "hfs"
implementation in 2.4 and that in 2.6.
When one mounts an hfs filesystem under 2.4, there are a bunch of
pseudo-directories with names

Another problem what is related with the installer is, that prep
machines don't have a working bootloader so that you have to write
the file to a partition with dd and point the OpwnFirmware to it to
boot... It

The included XF86Config-4 does not work with xfree86-4.3.0.dfsg.1-8 and
kernel-image-2.6.8-3-686. It does work with kernel-image-2.4.26-6-686.
