deb http://people.debian.org/~bab/kde3 ./

You just need to recompile it from nvidia-glx-src, and before running
debian/rules binary, edit debian/control and replace the xlibmesa3 dependency
into xlibmes

just tried to upgrade to your latest XFree86 version from
http://ktown.kde.org/~nolden/X11 and am wondering if you forgot to replace
the xlibs-data info in the Packages file with the latest version
