When you look into Karolina respository you will find only kde-i18n-sv
package - other lang
I installed KMail from http://people.debian.org/~ccheney/kde-other/ but
it doesn't have addressbook. Ok - so I tried to install kdepim package
but it is not found :( Is there any respository with rest of KDE 3.1
packages for 'sid'?

I use KDE 3.1.1 with Sawfish as WM (it's my favorite WM - don't want to
switch to kwin). All KDE apps which should dock in 'systray' part of
kicker open small window with icon in it. I saw this in KNotes, Kopete,
Psi. All of them docks when I use kwin instead of sawfish. Where is a
bug? Gaim 0.

I use Sawfish as WM, gnome-panel, gnome-session and rox-filer (as desktop).
From KDE I use KPilot, Kontact (before KOrganizer and KMail from 3.1.x),
KNotes.
My main problem with this apps is that they can dock into "systray" but only
when it is "systray" in kicker and I will use kwin as WM (in

I use Kontact since KDE 3.2 beta (Orth packages). Last time I switched to KDE
3.2.1 from Debian, installed kde-i18n-pl 4:3.2.0-0pre1v1, kontact 4:3.2.1-1
and got one problem.
Whole Kontact is in English instead of Polish :(
If I run KMail alone it is Polish, same with KNode etc. Is is Kontact

I have two drives in my home computer:
hdb: CD-W516EB, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive
hdc: TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-M1212, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive
in udev.rules I set:
- CDRW (hdb) to be made as /dev/cdrom
- DVD (hdc) to /dev/dvd
Each time when I start K3b I have to configure it to find my drives.

Does someone know how to integrate suspend2 support in KDE 3.5 on desktop
machine? I recently upgraded to 2.6.15(-rc) with that patch and found it
nice but hibernating via "sudo hibernate" is not an option here as not
all users use Konsole.
Best way would be 'Hibernate' option in logout window
