spectacle and online services

ksnapshot supported uploading images online via kipi-plugins. I don't see this feature in current kde-spectacle. Google shows that there should be an "Online Services" menu folder in the Exort button but I don't have it. My gwenview still has a set of online export plugins in its plugin menu. --
