After upgrading to KDE 4.5, the Synaptics touchad on my Thinkpad T61 seemed
to be disabled right after logging in. I could not control the pointer with
the touchpad, but the buttons did work.
The touchpad worked during KDM, and stopped working durin

With KDE 4.5, the session is always terminated when I suspend. After resume,
I get the kdm login dialog. Is this a known problem?

Maybe the X server crashes, e.g. driver problem when composite is enabled.

Recently I moved a folder containing my eclipse workspaces (1.9GB in size) to a
different location,
so I expected that nepomuk/stringi would be reindexing the whole lot.
I also have a widget on my desktop showing how much RAM/swap is in use ...
and that is right now 2.0GB RAM and 3.9MB s
