Hi,
I am using Debian/Woody with the semi-official KDE3 packages. KDE version is
3.2.0, KMail is version 1.6.
Since this Friday, KMail opens and shows all mail previously received but

infos.
I looked in .kde/share/apps/kmail
This issue seems to affect korganizer, kaddressbook, kmail and possibly other
applications during a system crash.. We have seen everything from the file
name with hundreds of .backup extensions.. ie..
.backup.backup.backup.. ...
Also, what happens is that it blindly overwrites existing persona

Hello,
you can grab a konsole binary from here:
http://www.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de/~uhwe/konsole/
Please report to [EMAIL PROTECTED] whether this konsole has the bug fixed
and has no other sideeffects.
Also, be aware that this is, of course, a binary package by a complete
stranger. While I just

I did manage to get timidity working
o Renamed /etc/timidity/freepats.cfg to timidity.cfg
o Changed paths in timidity.cfg to all .pat files
| Your sound card does _not_ have hardware midi.
|
| Timidity provides what the Windows driver also does :
| software midi support.
|
| Timidity also works with OSS but not transparently.
