JuK with GStreamer instead of arts

I'm only using two apps with sound output right now: JuK and Kaffeine. Kaffeine (xine) plays directly to ALSA. That leaves JuK as the only user of arts. As JuK has an option to output to GStreamer, I'd like to try that and get rid of arts. I've asked about this several months ago and got the a

kdelibs4 4:3.2.3-4 depends on libjack0.80.0-0, which in turn depends on jackd; the bug is in libjack0.80.0-0 which should *not* depend on jackd. It's stupid for me to have to install jackd when I never plan and expressly DO NOT WANT to use it, just to use a KDE app. The bug was reported agains
