when you get a version out like this, can you post a general release info to
the list? IE RELEASED: with appropriate URL's for sources, and a brief
change log? A lot of people would benifit from that I believe..

FWIW, when I did apt-get upgrade, three packages were not upgraded from
3.1.3-0woody1 - kdebase, kdeprint and kdm.

There's still a problem with kdelibs4-dev which depends on xlibs-pic
which depends on xlibs which depends on Xfree so a lot of problems.
