I just installed kde 3.1.2 from download.kde.org on top of a pretty
stock woody distro. I didn't install kdm. The problem is that kde
isn't offered as a login session under gdm. I don't know much about
configuring gdm, but there is a script under /etc/gdm/Sessions called
"KDE" that looks like it

I am experimenting with evolution. Previously, I have exclusively used
kmail. Is there a way to import existing kmail folders into evolution ?

I'm trying to test some new features in the ATI Xfree driver code and so
I'm building X from cvs. I've run into the kdm and lack of XDMCP
problem. Do I need a special wraphelp.c or will the one for R5 thats
floating around the net work ok?
